Saturday 14th November - Coffee Tavern 5

The Start

Today we had 7 D group runners out for a new route - the 'Coffee Tavern 5' (which morphed into the 'Coffee Tavern 6' by agreement. The weather forecast was terrible but in the end we stayed dry and even saw some sunshine,

The route was 'challenging' with rough paths, mud and a few 'undulations' but that did not deter any of the group as everybody ran well.

A lovely route, lovely running-mates and a lovely post-run tea and tea-cake by an open fire.
