Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group

A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs. We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. Saturday 29th September - Ratcliffe Round - Swanscoe and Kerridge

Today the 'normal' D Trail leaders were either on holiday or at a local event (Fell n Back fell race) so Andrew Ratcliffe (plus helpers) took over and what a good run it turned out to be. 17 D Trail runners out today in stunning conditions.

Andrew's feedback was that everybody was very polite (holding gates etc) and ran well. Big thanks to Andrew.
