| The start |
We ran on fields, tracks, quiet lanes and canal towpaths. We saw churches, herons, sheep and cows.
Today there was some really good running from everybody (especially at mile 4.5-5.5) - all tired at the end but satisfied with the morning's work.
Cake will be well deserved!
