Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group

A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs. We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. If you want to try out the Saturday group contact group leader Neil Gunn at neil.gunn@gmail.com or just come along for a run!

Saturday 29th October - Ryles Romp

The Start

Today 20 D group runners were out in 'misty' conditions for a new route - the Ryles Romp led by Lynda, Neil & Janette.

We did about 5.6 miles with quite a bit of 'undulation'.

We had mist, drizzle, hills, mud and banter...lots of banter...and coffee, tea and bacon butties.

Welcome to new runners Cathy & Andrea.

Well run everybody!
