Saturday 28th July - Lamaload Loop

Today 9 D Groupers enjoyed some cool & breezy weather for a 5 mile run from Rainow over to Lamaload Reservoir via Vale Royal and back over Yearns Low. Well done everyone.

Saturday 21st July - Macclesfield parkrun

Meeting Place: South Park (8.50am for warm up, 9.00am start) - this is part of the 'Club Champs' - let's support our local parkrun!

Route: Macc parkrun course

Duration: between 20 and 30 minutes

Shoes: Road if dry, trail if wet

Coffee: Park Tavern afterwards (with the parkrun team ...bacon butties!)

Leaders: Anybody who is there!

Saturday 14th July - Croker Hill Cracker

This morning 12 intrepid D group runners braved the heat and humidity for a Croker Cracker!

Well done everybody – quite a tough run in the morning heat!

However, the Scooby Snacks (and other delicacies) which we enjoyed afterwards at the Ryles Arms made it all worthwhile.
